This complex, whose stones tell us the beautiful story of the papermakers and millers of yesteryear, nestles in a charming natural environment alongside the Gourre stream.
And this authentic charm extends to our three function rooms which can host all the important events in your life.
They are of different sizes, are fully modular and offer everything you need for organising seminars or other corporate events.

Salle de L'Arche
Abbé Jacques Duval
Measuring 50 m² and with a capacity of 50 people seated, “L’Arche” is the smallest of our function rooms.
It is the perfect venue for select committee meetings, or can be used as an extension to the “La Meunerie” room.
The two rooms are connected by a delightful reception area that overlooks the mill’s inner courtyard.
This room offers a well-equipped 13 m² kitchen area.

Jacques Omerin
Featuring millstones that are still in working order, this 80 m² room brings the history of the old Nouara mill back to life.
Both functional and quirky, this room can hold around 80 people seated, and has a 9 m² kitchen area.
Direct access to the inner courtyard and a view over the valley add a special touch to this aptly-named room – “La Meunerie” – the mill.

This large 100 m² room offers many special features.
An impressive 22-metre-long wooden beam, a remnant from the old mill, has been preserved and adds a very special touch to this function room.
With a capacity of 100 people seated, it has a practical and convivial 11 m² bar/office area.
A lounge/library adjoins this room which is on the same floor as the auditorium.
On warm days, you can also enjoy your cocktails on a terrace with a stunning view of the Livradois mountains and the Ambert Valley.

The Moulin de Nouara is first and foremost a cultural centre that stages regular shows and concerts in its 100-seat auditorium.
From time to time, we organise shows and concerts for young audiences. These would be perfect for school trips.
